BotSync is a digital service — there is nothing to ship. Access is delivered online and activated immediately after payment.

Digital service — no physical shipping#

BotSync is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) product, operated as a Sole Proprietorship in India. We do not sell or ship any physical goods. There are no couriers, shipping charges, or delivery addresses involved.

How the service is delivered#

BotSync is delivered entirely online. Access is provided through our web application at https://botsync.in and the associated mobile app.

On successful payment and account creation, your workspace is provisioned and access is made available immediately. You can begin using the product right away by signing in to your account.

Delivery timeline#

Activation is immediate in almost all cases. Connecting your WhatsApp Business number through Meta and uploading your business documents to train the AI is a guided setup that most customers complete the same day.

If your account is not accessible after a successful payment, contact us and we will resolve it as a priority.
